You Do Not Have to Carry This Alone
Whether you know exactly what you believe, haven't prayed in years, or pray every day, you are welcome here. Tell us what you're facing, and a member of our prayer team will pray for you with care and respect.
Perhaps you've prayed before and felt disappointed. Perhaps church hasn't always felt safe. You don't have to hide those feelings here. Honest questions, anger, uncertainty, and weak faith do not disqualify you from asking for prayer.
Prayer doesn't require us to pretend that pain is simple or that every answer comes immediately. It gives us a place to bring what we cannot carry alone, seek God's help, and receive the support of people who will stand with us.
You're Not Sending This Into a Void
Every prayer request is read by someone who genuinely cares. Our prayer team believes every person matters to God, and it is our privilege to pray with you. Whether your request is joyful, painful, simple, or complicated, you will be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
What Are You Carrying?
Nothing is too small to bring to God, and nothing is too heavy to carry alone.
A real person will read your request. Nothing you share here is posted publicly, and asking for prayer never obligates you to visit RPMI.
"I Don't Know What to Say"
Prayer is an honest conversation with God. You don't need special language, a perfect life, or strong faith to begin. Even a sentence like "God, please help me" is a genuine start. If you'd like some words to borrow, here's one:
"God, I don't have all the words, but You know what I'm carrying. Please give me strength for today, wisdom for the next step, and peace where fear has taken over. Help me know that I'm not alone. Amen."
What Happens After You Submit This
- A trusted member of RPMI's prayer team receives your request.
- We pray for you, whether or not you've asked for a reply.
- We contact you only if you've asked us to.
- Your request is never shared publicly without your permission.
Questions People Are Afraid to Ask
Can I ask for prayer if I'm not religious?
Yes. You don't need to be certain about what you believe to ask for prayer. Many people who wouldn't call themselves religious still reach for prayer during a hard season, and you're welcome to as well.
Will my request stay confidential?
Your request is handled privately by RPMI's designated prayer team and is not shared publicly without your permission. If a request indicates an immediate risk of serious harm to you or someone else, we may need to take appropriate steps to protect the person involved.
Do I have to give my name?
No. You can check the box above to remain anonymous, and the name field is optional either way.
What if I'm angry with God?
That's alright to say here. Anger, doubt, and honest frustration don't disqualify you from asking for prayer, they're often exactly what prayer is for.
What if I've prayed before and nothing changed?
That's a real and common experience. We won't pretend every prayer is answered in the way we hope or on the timetable we expect, but we'd still be honoured to pray with you.
Can someone contact me?
Only if you ask for it in the form above. Otherwise, we'll simply pray and won't reach out.
Is this free?
Yes, completely. There is no cost and nothing is ever expected in return.
Does submitting a request mean I have to visit RPMI?
No. Asking for prayer never obligates you to attend a service, join RPMI, or do anything further. It's simply prayer.
Sometimes Prayer Is the First Step
Sometimes the next step is having people walk beside you.
